CGI OCIO config 04

Another OCIO config with CGI in mind - focused around modular display transform from RED Digital Cinema LLC - they do know a thing or two about how to put digital colour on screens. One of a kind flexibility realised by 16 combinations of contrast and highlight rolloff. RED Creative LUT Kit as OCIO Looks as a bonus. Thanks to RED Wide Gamut RGB colour space this config is very well suited for rendering in wider gamuts like Rec. 2020 or ACEScg. Used in 3dsMax and Blender - should be pretty universal as DCCs go but it lacks for example Blender specific OCIO Roles (it is using traditional OCIO file_rules instead) - modify to suit the needs.

config is missing Rec. 2020 OCIO Display - update coming at some point.
